Gather a list of the on line business owners in your niche that sell multiply electronic products. The list of on line business owners should have at least one older product as well as some newer low end products and ideally a good back end up sell product like a membership site and or a high ticket item. The reason I look for those qualifications is that you want a good list building partner that has value added products that they would be willing to give away for free in exchange for building their list and the potential to up sell the new list to their back end products.

Keep in mind you are giving away the interview to potentially thousands of qualified buyers that could end up buying the authors book. You will be further surprised to find out most have a list of interview question, however, I recommend doing some research on the authors book in order to be a good interviewer. The author may or may not have a customer list I have found that almost all do have one along with a website or blog. Now do two to three interviews with published author experts in your niche so now you have two to three hours of audio content. Now have each partner offer each others free product plus have the list owner do a quick endorsement of the product to his or her list. Include all the qualities of a good paid product launch to really sell the heck out of the free products. From there you really have to cultivate and build a relationship with your new subscribers.
